The justices could rule in the Twitter case that the plaintiffs have no case under the anti-terrorism statute because there's just not enough of a link between the platforms and the attacks. Or they might rule in the Google case that section 230 broadly shields Google Twitter and similar companies from any liability flowing from third party content. The outcome of either one of these cases can actually resolve both cases. And you saw the justices, A, struggling overall, right?
