How to Hire a Trainee at a Boot Camp?
Many boot camps now, well, actually organize for their ar ptypically. They'll have companies that are interested in evaluating people and also are prepared to like, train them to some extent. And so that's attually a really good way of recruiting ight. So you volunteer. You say to them, i'm looking for whatever, might be a rail developer. And you go to the book camp and say, i'll take one of your rails developers for three weeks, and i'll give you a review at the end on how well they did. And you know what, if you like em, make him a job offer.
