Is Motion Palpation a Good Choice for Spinal Manipulation?
There was poor agree e on the tests that was used between these two. It questions the validity and reliability of using palpation to identify a stucker, disfunctional retebral segment. An ex ray can show misalinment or a joint that is out of place. However, the context matters. Usually, if we see that this thing isout of place and x ray's been ordered, it usually accompanies a mechanism of injury that's typically pretty serious.
