The Analog Act and the Not for Human Consumption Elements

Under the analog act, it's not just that you can be prosecuted for distributing something that's substantially similar to a scheduled drug. Part of the law is that it needs to be shown that it's done for human consumption. And so on the labels of the spice products and on bath salts at the time, if you saw them, they would say not forhuman consumption. But that was just something, it's like any other sort of business loophole,. Even for quote unquote legal businesses, you do things because it's a part of government regulation.
