In some ways, it seems counterintuitive that meditation would be the kind of therapy that soothes the wounds of the past. How does it work in meditation that you confront and address and heal from these past conditionings? That's a great question. I think a lot of healing doesn't happen through thinking and happens through feeling. And when we change the way we relate to what we feel, we actually start releasing that pressure that sort of is existing in our past.
