At 23, it's hard. It's as easy as you get older, which is one of the few gifts of getting older. The best thing for you to do would be like completely take care of yourself and not speak to her for as long as you want. That would be fine. But who knows what is actually going to serve you best? I think what we need to do for ourselves in these situations is establish like North Stars. Like what do I want? Do I want this relationship to continue regardless of the toll it might take on me? You know what I mean?
