Is There a Trigger for This?

Web based services like make.com and Zapier are trying to solve this problem, but they're all developed on a web basis. So it really depends what you're actually using as the trigger for something like this. If I send an email, it'll hold on to that until it can process it, which means that if my automation breaks, which happens every so often, it'll just sit on those in a pile. And then when I fix it, it'll say, Hey, did you want to process all that stuff that I had waiting there? Because you know, it was broken and now you fixed it. Other things may be sort of fire and forget where it'll go
