How Did You Feel When You Were Doing Quito?

Quito is a low fat, whole food's base diet. For me, it would be a lower fat of brich whut i learnd from doing zoe. Back in the early nineties, my body really responded well to losing fat with a low fat diet. I don't want to have just potato. But i also don't wan to ave just butter. Sometime i'm re ther with yo and i feel like y. Even if i get back to my settling point, of one, 51 to one, 53 with carbs.
