IP: I do my meditation 20 to 30 minutes every morning. And what do you suppose I'm doing that time? IP: There's meditations that I can do where I'm just observing my thoughts. So this morning, I did a meditation with some ocean sounds. Anytime you could pay attention to your breath, inhale and exhale, you turn off the parasympathetic nervous system. You're able to access different layers of all of the intelligence and information that already exists in the universe versus the memories that we have in our brains.
