Is There a Score Associated With the Game?
There's an in game score that captures things like, how deep did you go down in the dungeon? How many onces did you kill? And it's a really terrible metric to try to optimize scor in terms of actually winning the game. So it's a very tricky challenge, right? How do we what's even the right reward function so that we can guide an agent towards winning the game? I think ultimately where we have to get to is encouraging agents to expound their knowledge about the enviroment emics.
