The first framework that I wanted to give you around strategy is how does this get us more customers? How does this make them worth more? And how does this increase the likelihood that those two first things don't stop happening? If it doesn't map to that, forget about it. Just cut it. Because there are other things that will do that that we should be doing instead. The difference in the guys who become bigger business owners and the ones who don't is they have to think, how can I get my team to do this for me?
