I've struggled with weight my entire life as well. I was relatively chubby kid and then I grew out of it. Now that I play, I haven't played a lot of tennis for over 25 years. Any type of weight gain really slows me down and it weighs on my knees. So this is an intrinsic motivator to keep going even though there aren't any financial sponsors. Find your intrinsic motivation to do something. They can be for your children or for your parents or for a friend or a loved one or just for yourself.
