The way mob apps work is you install the app and then if you're needed, it gives you a notification that says you'll be needed in front of the federal building. They can track your location, tell if you show, and they've created this flash army. This has been very we've seen this been effective without any kind of armor whatsoever outside of polling stations etc. In 2024, maybe some kind of app should tell people to be around say Philadelphia polling station. That's how they already have this capability. It may be an unarmed army, but there's a lot of things you can still do within an unarmed army.
