Since Japan is so oriented on its own language do you see any things that differ in terms of either how engineering works are run or tooling. Even here I think if you go to federal space you see a lot of Java projects and like you know older system integrators tend to use more proven stacks That's different from what the Silicon Valley startups tend to do. Jason: How much value do people play some engineers with a prior experience in the tech stack you're currently using? We don't have a large pool of developers who can be in a startup at the moment they might be able to be in a Startup a year from now, he says.
