It sounds like teachers definitely don't get enough appreciation. It's such a hard job. And the fact that you're pouring so much of yourself and not feeling like you can refill the cup or get, it doesn't feel like enough in a way. There's one school I worked at where teachers have to buy all of their own paper to print all the worksheets and things like that. So there's more differences where people expect teachers to take care of it because it's for the children. But it'd be great if they could just record it.
