In the early days, it was we call network reactivations and exercise. What would you say is working best for you to be able to create conversations with highly qualified clients? Speaking. And then finally, especially in the space of talent and diversity referrals, 75% of our business last year was referral based. We go and consult with a partner, they go and tell another partner, because the community is small and they want trusted people.
