How to Time a Trade to Get Exposure
The level of intensity that I enter the trade is based on my own conviction that I have for it. If I'm waiting for a specific event, that's pretty much an all or nothing binary event, I'll probably go 100% into the position. If it's something I'm waiting to see play out, then I'll layer in slowly, but I'll always have my exit points. You know, once you're in the trade, the markets can get a bit hairy, and then everything kind of goes haywire. So, you know, depending on whether there's an event coming, and my level of conviction is how heavy I layer into the trade on the outset.
