Is That a Good Thing?
When you start to cross the boundaries between work and finder, I guess like that friendship, personal relationship and professional relationship, it's so much more interesting. Just the thought of working in a collaborative project with somebody made people perform more work. They actually worked longer and had higher output per time spent because they didn't want to let the partner down. So there is something really strong to collaboration and that mutual reciprocity that we all talk about when it comes to sales and other things. It's real and it's a strong motivator.
