The Worst President Ever

Buchanan demobilized the US military and handed over, supervised the handing over of US military institutions and material to rebels. He was like doing what Trump did leading some yahoos to the Capitol where they could mill around and then get arrested. This would be like if Trump had let this cue people into fucking NORAD and given them the nuclear football. That's why if Franklin Pierce had been the 14th president and not Buchanan, I think he's the worst president ever.
