Are You Underemployed, Underpaid or Devalued?

Some people have the knowledge, but don't do well with the social aspect of interviewing or working well with others. And so you want to consider for yourself what is the feedback that you have received? What is the message that you have gotten about the ways other people experience you? Right. So while some people may sign up for under employment in this season of their lives, I want to address those who are looking to shift past it to move through it to overcome it.
