The Importance of Time in Open Source

Fang: Open source is kind of at a weird point with this. When the core team was exploded two years ago, it had transitioned from basically 100% full time played employees of Mozilla to basically 100% almost all volunteers who were not paid full time in any capacity for rust. While at the same time, all of the teams, particularly the teams that people think are more important. Those teams were getting Pokemoned by Fang.
