Inverted Rows for the Rear Delts
The ideal angle to line a pull for the rear delts is with your upper arms at a 45 degree angle to your torso and your hands being at that same 45 degree angle. You could do, uh, the inverted rows like that and really beautifully smash and target the reardelts. The nice thing about inverted rows is they don't really make you soar. They don't cause a lot of, you know, systemic fatigue, say an S for T, anything like that.
