Richard: We do live in a vision oriented environment. I mean, we're talking about john maxwell, the recognized gooroo by several different authorities. And so our team, i'm riveted by what they have done, they went and shot a video as a carpenter made the table,. Then we created this vision oriented, a monologue that would vigilize the power of making of an individual a leader. Around a table, we don't create the leaders. We create the table, or the learning environment, or the environment that will challenge people tobe the best leader that they can be.
