I think we do a pretty good job of that with the show, but there's also an element of where you try so hard to fit this mold of what you think it's supposed to be. You end up blending in via professionalism, right? And there is there's a way to stand out. It's not just like don't pay attention to it. Don't try that hard. Whatever's going to happen. I'm not trying to let anybody off the hook. Nobody wants the authentic you. They want the you that they expect to show up every day.
