The Kessler Syndrome

Three to four satellites per year decommissioned because they're getting hit by debris or space junk. Some models out there warned that we could go from having a hundred million of these bullets flying around to over one trillion. So clearly there's a major threat here, and I think it's important for us to understand what the implications of that are.
