In the state of virginia you just walk into a soviet government building to buy your liquor. The lottery system hasn't been able to prove that it's some sort of legit scam right meaning that it's not like the mcdonald's monopoly scam from several years ago in which i mean if so if some employees were cashing in on the prizes if so it would be so ham-handed because this is like so statistically but you'd want toYou'd want to sneak it in a little better than this honestly what are the odds and how are they drawing these names?
