Is Elixir a Contagious Plague?
Elixir is like a very contagious plague that's just growing and spreading. Chrome extensions at their heart are just like JavaScript and other assets put together. The real magic is that you get a set of APIs that let you interact with either the browser or even sometimes the system at a deeper level than you would have from a web page. With great power comes great responsibility, so they're definitely a little scary, but they're really powerful at creating.
