The Importance of Confidence
God was so moved by the offering of Mary who poured out the ointment years worth of income to purchase this ointment, poured it out over Him. She rose above that into a place of faith and He was stumped. "To for God to be in awe of you is amazing," she says. It's not Christian calisthenics. We can't cause Him to love us anymore than He loves us.
