How to Give Crystalloid to a Trauma Patient

Most older patients at baseline are a bit volume depleted. It's okay to give 250 or 500 cc of a crystalloid up front, Dr. Tillman says. The other aspect I'm very passionate about is appropriate analgesia. Often in the trauma bay, we're so afraid of making a patient worse. We don't treat their pain.
