iPadOS: A Third Party Equivalent of Quick Note

A big idea for me is I would love to see a third party equivalent of quick note on iPadOS. It's like a mini thing from I don't know ivory or mail or obsidian from anywhere I want and it's like a smaller window that I can use to perform quick tasks from anywhere on the system. On macOS you have plenty of like mini UIs whether they are menu bar apps or quick capture windows. Apps are able to summon a UI even if they're not in the foreground even if they’re not the front most window, something you can have with notes on iPadOS with quick note.
