Is the Taliban Still a Threat to Afghanistan?
The Taliban is far more open than it was 20 plus years ago. They understand they need to bring a money the country and that they need to revive the economy. These are guys that have spent the last 20 years fighting an insurgency. So, ah, they they do what they know how to do. And beyond that, they're very limited in their capabilities.
