The Role of Noradrenine in Hair Growth
Noradreniferin drives a kind of a loss of the stem cell population by leading to a hyperproliferation so these stem cells which are normally quiescent or not dividing in the absence of proper cues for example during antigen hyperproliferate they differentiate into melanocytes and then they migrate out of the hair follicle base. One idea that you can imagine is that the noradreninephrine leads to cell death in the melanocyte stem cell population. The other experiments suggest that that probably is what's happening yeah right got it?
