I've really hoped in the past to have more of these discussions on the podcast but it's been very difficult to get these people to actually engage in these discussions. I don't understand why people are shying away from these types of debates and there is a developing echo chamber in these communities. If you are not improving the quality of your diet at baseline, I think that caloric restriction will fail long term. But what I hope to be able to do with this podcast is provide an outlook for how you can be healthy. It's avoidance of seed oils avoidance of processed sugars avoid of garbage processed foods,. focusing on an animal based diet, which will lead to improved society and lead to improved weight
