I think there's a whole other conversation about diversity in the institutions. Different cultures, like John says, he experiences in Dubai, it doesn't allow us to live in that naive assumption that everybody is just like me. And they have to relearn some of stuff. So they can be conversations early on. They help guys think through those things. I think it'd be good. It's not as if we want to go to 100 years ago.
