The Justice Department's Plan for a Speedy Trial
Is there any realistic chance that the Justice Department gets this case tried before the 2024 election? I can tell you from personal experience that the Trump team will likely try to delay. They did so in our case by filing a lawsuit against me in federal court, even though it was a state case. So we all have to await the response of the federal judge on Tuesday.
