Whitney: I think a lot of anxious achievers, and this is certainly a clinical definition for people who are maybe perfectionistic. She says that sometimes we unconsciously disrupt ourselves because we are just working that anxiety away. Whitney: Once you've gotten those 10 things done, then you got them done. And rest, you're playing on the house, but you're good.
