When you have, let's say you are beaten like Irene was beaten and you have, it sounds like a depressed skull fractures. You have hemorrhaging in the brain. She's also got a broken jaw. She's got a lot of blood in her oral cavity. One of the first things that I note when I'm assessing blood patterns around a victim is looking for expiratory patterns as they continue to breathe.
