Is There a Context Dependent Concept for Creativity?

Creativity exists in different contexts, right? Like we as a culture have decided that creativity means i'm able to paint or make music. I think what we need to do though is be open minded of other people's opinions. And unfortunately, it shuts us off from learning and being open to learning.
