The Importance of Personas in Enterprise Software

I'm mostly focused on UX and I'm a decent slash borderline good visual designer. My business partner named Kelly Shek has the opposite specialization that I do. And so she really runs that, that side of the, of the firm that we do. They're just two separate aspects of a job that you need to do versus, you know, UX UI all together.
