The Russian Nuclear Doctor and the Economic War

The kinetic war is ground to a stalemate over the last 16 months. Russia has these tactical nukes that can do something like flatten the center of Kiev. The idea there, I mean, it does as much damage as a very big conventional bomb but you can use them to scare the West into climbing down. And nobody's quite sure what they would do if they set off, you know, hit Nipropa Trovsk or somewhere like that with the tactical nuke and arguing that we're being attacked by NATO.
