The Next Dilama

According to the tibitan tradition, the next dilama is the reincarnation of the current dala lama. It's up to the present day the dilama decide who will be the next delilama. So in case he doesn't want to reincarnate, then they can make an elected office or something. Maybe he wants to attain the rana and never erand and break free from cycle of rebirth.
