Is There a Lower Limit to When Students Can Start Learning Critical Thinking Skills

There's an interesting project in the UK, called the p four C philosophy of a different project where they were going into elementary school grades and having kids to engage in actual philosophical conversations. I think one thing teachers but particularly families can do is start instilling critical thinking dispositions into children at a very young age. By the time somebody takes a critical thinking course in college it might be too late right because their biases have hardened due to how they've been brought up for beliefs that have never been challenged.
