The Struggle to See Positive Outlook for European Economy

I struggle to see anything positive when it comes to the outlook for European economy. If you're an FX portfolio manager at large institution, I think it's relatively safe to say that if you short your dollar in your hedging benchmarks and go fishing for 12 months, then you will have a different return than your peers. And that's why I like the structural bear case.
