Is There a Test for Consciousness?

To be conscious is to be a maxim of causal power. That's what it is. It doesn't need any extrinsic observer to validate its existence. The brain evolved to do this stuff, and it happened that, in evolving to do thisstuff, it developed thiser, err, theres high fie, i see. And and that just made it conscious. Er, and that's why, also, i think there'll never be a tilling test for consciousness.
