The US's Role in the Ukraine-Russia Relationship
The US is like yeah this guy's smart he's also a little wily and yes can't really control him that's right. One of the big rules the US has put in place is the Ukrainians cannot use US provided weapons to launch strikes inside of Russia so be as covert as you want but you can't use our stuff right. There seem to be like lines that I don't fully understand yet but maybe you're more situational and these leaked documents tell us some things about those.
