Moldy cheese can be used as bait for fishing. Eggs don't go bad. Leave them out. You rinse some not, you know, you wouldn't rinse a chicken. So anyway, so I cut all the mold off the cheese. It was an involved process because it's a four by four of cheese and it was moldy on all sides.
