There's phenyltheocarbonide, which is the chemical responsible for the bitter taste when you eat brassica and brussel sprouts. And then there's also the soapy coriander, like, you know, everyone talks about coriander. Which is also cilantro for some people. Also they are like, they say like rocket and stuff.
