I think at the end of the day it seems to be that hey listen you know if you can get 5% in T-bills you kind of leave. The risk here of course is that something else happens and it triggers even more outflows so say there's a global conflict re-accelerates again or like anything could come out of the blue that could trigger this again but I think though they're quite pleased with themselves because they've been able to resolve the crisis amongst the handful of banks that were in trouble.
