How Do I Become an Adula?
Adula is someone who provides emotional support, hands on physical support for comfort measures during labor. There's no formal training that is necessary in order to become a dula. Dulas do not perform any of the tasks of labor like vaginal exams or delivering the baby. But they can help you find your voice and protect your birth space.
