What's Your Job as an Academy Manager?
My job is really to create the environment in that culture that makes everyone be valued. You know, first of all, be valued as a human being. And then we speak about lifelong learners, you now, kind of raising their knowledge no matter what. We want to make them feel part of something special and part of the wy, part of gray and strong young gunners. And ultimately, that the players can feel what they need to do, you know, to achieve the best fotbl performance in the world. And not only that, but have the right mentality. Now, we call it champion mentality. Champion mentality doesn't necessarily mean you youre going to lift a trophy
